Capturing love in the rainy Orchard Road

It was my off day from work and I didn’t have any scheduled activities. Still inspired by last night’s short photowalk in Chinatown, I’ve decided to go on another photowalk in another location, Orchard road. It is one of the busiest streets in Singapore. With a long stretch of malls and office buildings on both sides of this street, it really is busy all the days of the week. When I arrived there, the rain started to pour. I am really itching to fire my camera trigger so ‘the heck’ even if it’s raining I would still do my photowalk.

Trying street photography

Last night, after spending my dinner with my ex-colleagues I felt so full because of the sumptuous food we ate. On my way home standing at the bus stop in Chinatown area, I thought of doing a little photowalk since the Chinese new year decorations and lanterns were still there and a perfect timing because I had my camera with me. A photowalk would be good for me so I could digest the food that I ate earlier in the evening.

February a LOVE month indeed (Part 4) Asher day

4th day:

We scheduled a photo session with my niece Asher. When they arrived she is fast asleep, I told my sister-in-law that it would be perfect. She brought a lot of head pieces for Asher and some super cute clothes.

February a LOVE month indeed (Part 3) The Wedding

3rd day:

If only I could freeze time even for an hour, I would certainly do it to buy some more time with my family and friends. So today would be the 3rd day of my short-Pinas-vacation. Time flies so fast and there is really no turning back. Not to make things right but to rewind from the time of my arrival here. On my 3rd day, we attended the wedding of our friends Drew and Anne. If you could remember my previous post My prenuptial photo session, they are the sweet couple that I am talking about.

I finally met our Asher. She is my beautiful niece who was born last December.

February a LOVE month indeed (Part 2) Fun Tagaytay

2nd day:

I woke up to this sight.
This was taken past 6am(my sleeping angel)
I left our bed and prepared brekky. I cooked fried rice, Japanese chicken, chicken nuggets and sunny-side-up eggs, whew! That’s a lot of poultry! Originally, we didn't have any plans for my 2nd day but since my father requested a ‘bulalo’ we've decided to go to Tagaytay.

February a LOVE month indeed (Part 1) The arrival

It’s been a while since my last post. A lot of memorable things happened. February is indeed a LOVE month for me. On the 1st of the month I flew back home and stayed there for 5 days. For me those 5 days were really meaningful and full of memories that will last a lifetime. Those five days taught me how to spend life with quality, it’s like you only have five days left and the ultimate question would be ‘How will you spend it’.

If I will have 5 days left, what I did with my vacation is exactly what I am going to do. Just be with my loved ones, precious friends, and spend every hour with them.

1st day:
